Yay! 200th deviation! *celebrates* 
So, here is a drawing with a few armour concepts behind the armies of the Free Canids opposed the Dog Lord Fenrir in The Shadow of the Dog Lord Roleplaying Adventure Game. While some of the concepts are well established (Tar-Koldor), others are giving me some problems (The Doggior).
The biggest problem I'm facing is how do I give all the races a single unifying thee while still giving them their own unique look?
By single unifying theme, I mean they all have to in some way pay some design homage back to Tar-Koldor, the world spanning Empire which gave rise to all the other societies in the Wolf Lands. Without that Empire, there wouldn't be any real civilization. It was them who sailed to the Cotoye Islands and attempted to colonize them before meeting the primitive inhabitants (who then became the civilised warriors shown in the middle). And it was them who first owned the Doggior before the race of dog came into being.
